May 3, 1997 - Lottery Association NW Urbandale Drive Urbandale, IA 50322 Dear Lottery, I have tried multiple times to seek some remedy for my dilmena-like situtation I'm apart of now. My neighbor, won part of the $56 million dollar jackpot on October 26 of last year. A week or so after the lottery, she bought a new car, and then they sold their house. I have been unable to get a hold of them since. You see, when would come over before the boys came home, she and I'd talk about what we'd do if we won. We made a pact to share any lottery winnings that might come our way as a way to double our chances.
